Every day can honor those we love despite their loss.

It is important to focus on the gifts our loved ones left us.

Over the course of 10 years in my Psychology Today writing, I have explored various topics within my own life’s journey. One of the most profound topics for my readers and me has been loss, grief, and surviving our souls’ traumas to ultimately embrace joy with gratitude once again.
