Letter: No real hope for change in Nova Scotia Power bills

Proposed peaker plants that the minister advocates will cost billions of dollars, paid for by a 25-year tolling agreement funded by Nova Scotians' power bills

In response to Premier Tim Houston’s recent cabinet appointments, I do not share the opposition leaders’ expectation that the new Minister of Energy Marco MacLeod, will lower Nova Scotians’ power bills.
