The City of Peterborough is inviting community members to complete a survey and provide feedback on the conceptual design for the reconstruction of Charlotte Street between Park Street North and Water Street.

For more than 200 years, Charlotte Street has served as a central corridor in the city that connects the downtown core to the rest of Peterborough. The City of Peterborough is undertaking a major infrastructure reconstruction project on Charlotte Street that will replace aging underground infrastructure, including the stormwater system, to help reduce flooding and improve the area’s resilience to climate change. The project will also refresh the streetscape and public spaces to create a more attractive, pedestrian-friendly downtown that supports businesses, community events and everyday........
