“Do you want to go on a fun road trip for the day?” I asked my friend. Without hesitation, she was in.

I told her we were heading to Campbellford for the annual IncrEdible Edible Festival, put on by IncrEdible Trent Hills. We were excited to explore the 50 food vendors and producers advertised on its website. The 40-minute drive was the perfect start to the day.

We admired the beautiful countryside, caught up over great conversation, and enjoyed the music on FREQ 90.5. With clear blue skies, warm sunshine, and a refreshing breeze, it couldn’t have been a better day to explore.
