CAN we put our mobiles away this new year and limit ourselves to only calling when it is utmost important? Yes, I realise we will really miss out on hearing from people on the redundant things we get bombarded for no reason.

Lack of communication in this context will give way to more sanity and gathering our broken selves together. So far, I only see it scattered everywhere with so much of unnecessary information in our algorithms leading to chaos and anxiety. The ‘created need’ for being in touch has only led to toxic environment where we now take everyone for granted. We no longer look forward to meeting people in person or even find it fulfilling when........
