Spurned partner admits revenge porn over sharing of explicit videos of ex
Aaron Cunningham, 30, sent four video clips via WhatsApp after telling his ex’s new boyfriend “this trash belongs in the bin so have this”.

Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told the pair had formerly been together for 10 years before an acrimonious break-up in May 2025.
Cunningham, of Lion Wood Road in Norwich, pleaded guilty to sharing a photo of film of a person in an intimate state to cause distress or humiliation.
Magistrates sentenced him to a 12 month community order with requirements to do 25 rehabilitation days and 80 hours unpaid work.
They did not impose a restraining order.
Rachel Buck, mitigating, said he was feeling a deep sense of betrayal at the time.
He completely accepts what he did was not fair or correct and caused some distress.”
She said the video footage had not been shared with anyone else or distributed more widely.
Revenge porn – the distribution of a private sexual image of someone without their consent – was made a specific offence in 2015.
