The train operator has given a £25,000 grant to Postwick with Witton Parish Council, which sits just outside Norwich, for a feasibility study to upgrade walking and cycling routes.

The grant is part of Greater Anglia's Customer and Community Improvement Fund initiative.

The funding also allowed for some initial groundwork, which started on March 10, to clear the overgrown path from the end of Ferry Lane in Postwick through the woods to West Lane, Witton.
