New history festival in Norfolk set to highlight 'rebels and radicals'
The festival, themed 'Rebels and Radicals,' will run from July 17 to July 25 and aim to "bring to life" the roles of influential figures from the past.
Spearheaded by former Norwich Arts Centre director and founder of Norwich Science Festival, Stuart Hobday, the nine-day event will feature a blend of talks, walks, films, theatre and family events, with backing from the University of East Anglia and the National Centre for Writing.
