Nicole Andrews has been helping at East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) shop in Unthank Road, Norwich, for three and a half years.

The former HR consultant, who moved to Norfolk from St Albans, first got involved during lockdown and has not looked back.

She said: "After doing a trial, I got a phone call asking if I’d be interested in helping out, and it felt a bit of a serendipity moment.
