Teen banned from two shopping malls sets fire to BOTH costing £10,000 in lost revenue
Robin Couzens was subject to a community protection notice (CPN) after previous antisocial behaviour, preventing entry to either Chantry Place or the Castle Mall.
Firefighters were called to Castle Quarter (Image: Tommy Kerrison) But the 19-year-old started fires in both, just hours apart, forcing more than 1,000 people to be evacuated and costing businesses more than £10,000 in lost revenue.
Couzens was jailed for 27 months at a sentencing hearing at Norwich Crown Court last week.
