Former soldier convicted of abusing girl in Norfolk cleared of some offences
Gavin McNaughton was jailed for 28 months in November 2023 after he was found guilty of indecent assault, sexual assault of a child under 13 and assault of a child under 13 by penetration following a trial.
The trial at Norwich Crown Court heard the offences were said to have been committed against a girl - who cannot be identified for legal reasons - in the Dereham area between 2002 and 2005.........
