A probe was launched after the body of a man in his 40s was discovered at the property in Changi Road, Watton, on October 13 last year.

Then, just a few days later, the body of a second man, Artiomas Grigaitis, aged in his 60s, was found in the house on October 20.

Gas engineers carried out extensive testing at the property and found no evidence of carbon monoxide gas.

A Home Office post-mortem on Mr Grigaitis took place soon after, and an inquest opening gave his provisional cause of death as hypovolaemic shock due to a scalp wound, with a contributing factor of acute alcohol intoxication.
