Riverside staithe could be sold off as village hall takes priority
Hoveton Community Council (HCC) has owned Granary Staithe in the village since 2013 after successfully raising funds to keep it as a public space.
But the waterside property requires the quay heading to be replaced - a major expense for the council.

Members are questioning whether spending thousands of pounds on these repairs would be the best use of their funds, preferring to see investment in the village hall........
