Jeremiah Colman managed a previous mill on the site before making his famous mustard in Norwich in the early 1800s.
The current building, which features arched windows, milled paper before switching to corn and later grist before it closed in 1967.
At first it was converted into one property and was separated into six residences in the 1980s.
