Wildstone Estate Limited, who want to install a 40-foor-wide panel at 15-17 Haymarket, home to Mountain Warehouse, have launched an appeal after Norwich City Council refused their plans for the second time.

Their original bid to get permission for the "dystopian" billboard, which was refused in February, was met with immediate floods of objections and backlash from city folk.
