Police were called to Chantry Place at 11.50am on March 22 after four people were seen fighting.

Two people were arrested at the time but officers were unable to locate the two other suspects.

Riley Marrison, from Armes Street, Norwich, was charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon, namely a chain.
