Fold, a French pastry business that launched last week at Billy’s Coffee House in St Gregory's Alley in Norwich, has chosen to keep its founders anonymous but has quickly built a reputation after selling out in less than an hour.

The bakery’s second pop-up took place at 10am today in Coppers in William and Parfitts in Wymondham, and featured freshly baked items including croissants, pain au chocolat, and cruffins.
