A look back at Exchange Street in Norwich through the years
Previously called Museum Street and Post Office Street, it got its current name after the opening of the Corn Exchange in the 19th century.
The Corn Exchange stood in the road until Jarrolds took on the site in 1964, expanding its book and household departments and creating space for ladies clothing for the first time.
