Prime Meridian, acting on behalf of the applicant, submitted plans to convert the grade II-listed St Faiths in Mountergate - just off Prince of Wales Road.

The design statement, sent to Norwich City Council earlier this week, looks to: "Convert the existing three storey building into six self contained flats."
