The New Forge, which offers a range of English and Thai fusion, lost multiple bookings after it was told it required required improvement across all aspects of its hygiene standards.

However the site, in Norwich Road near Aylsham, has turned the tables on its December one-star hygiene rating, receiving the coveted five stars, after a reinspection on March 26.
