Yotato Norwich is the brainchild of co-owners Tawfiq Kopti and Harry Alderton, managing director of Redwell Brewing Company - who also owns the Redwell Vault Pizzeria in the Castle Quarter food court.

The independent business is set to join the likes of popular snack vans, Zaket-Potato in All Saints Green and the Spud Mobile, in Aylsham Road who have made a name for themselves selling filled jacket potatoes.
