Groundhog Home Hardware is marking a new chapter as James Ramsden has acquired the site from Claire and Geoff Wilcockson.

The couple, who ran the shop in The Street in Poringland as director and part-owner, are handing it over after transforming the site from an empty yard into a community asset. 

Now, Mr Ramsden plans to invest thousands of pounds into the shop and expand its product range.
