Thorpe St Andrew Town Council has lost seven members of staff in the last year including two consecutive CEOs and a responsible financial officer (RFO).

The authority has kept its staffing issues veiled in secrecy but is now embroiled in a legal battle with the former RFO, who claims she was wrongfully dismissed earlier this year.

The council is also facing rebellion from within its ranks, with one councillor recently stepping down due to her frustration with the leadership.
