Broadland Council has chosen a bidder to take on Thorpe Lodge, a vast site that includes a nuclear bunker and Grade-II listed stately home, in Yarmouth Road near Norwich.

The building has been vacant since the authority moved in with South Norfolk Council at the Horizon Centre at Broadland Business Park in 2023.
