Osman Rauf, 41, was pronounced dead at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital on January 11 shortly after emergency services rescued him from the River Wensum.

After he was recovered from the river, police put up a cordon along the river bank close to Carrow Road.

It remained in place for several hours, in the lead-up to a match against Brighton at the stadium,........
