An inquest has been opened at Norfolk Coroner’s Court into the death of Brenda Chapman, who lived at Sussex Street in Norwich.

The 92-year-old was admitted to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (N&N) on November 21, 2023, with recurrent abdominal pains and shortness of breath.

She died there two days later on November 23.

Prior to the hospital admission, she had been given the green light to be treated as a virtual ward patient........
