Leyton Taylor passed away at Addenbrooke's Hospital on April 11, five days after emergency services were called to his home in Rugby Way, Wymondham. He was just 13.

An inquest into the youngster's death was opened at Norfolk Coroner's Court on Wednesday.

During the short hearing, Norfolk's senior coroner Jacqueline Lake said the boy had turned a teenager just a month earlier.........
