Norfolk Labour MP criticises own government over £5bn welfare cuts
Clive Lewis, Norwich South MP, spoke in the debate over his government's proposed changes, which charities warn could "push more disabled people into poverty".
Mr Lewis questioned whether the government understood the "pain and difficulty that this will cause millions of people".
