Members of County Hall's Reform-controlled cabinet are being asked to agree to declare more than half a dozen buildings and land which the council owns as surplus to the authority's requirements.

Officials have put together the list of properties as part of a regular process which sees land and buildings the council no longer needs put up for sale or rented out.

At Friday's (September 11) meeting, the cabinet will be asked to agree that sites in Gorleston, Aylsham, Hopton, South Walsham and Nordelph, near Downham Market, can be put up for sale.
