Part of Upton Road, off Unthank Road, has been shut while Anglian Water sorts out connections to the housing development at Eaton Grange House.

Twenty-three homes will be created on the site, with the main building turned into seven flats.

The building was the family home of renowned 19th century Norfolk butterfly expert Margaret Fountaine.
