The chaotic brawl happened in Magdalen Steet – one of the busiest roads in Norwich – on Monday, March 10 just before 4.30pm.

Green councillor for Sewell ward, Alex Catt, described the incident as "shockingly violent" and said that anti-social behaviour was on the rise in NR3.

In the footage, captured by a passing driver, four men are seen sprinting out of Magdalen Close, near the Mediterranean restaurant, with one in a black and red hoodie chasing down another.

They are followed shortly afterwards by a woman carrying a carrier bag in one hand and a large black handbag in........
