City hotel plans major expansion with third floor extension
The plans were submitted by the Holiday Inn Express in Drayton High Road in Hellesdon as the branch aims to boost capacity and improve facilities.
The planning application, submitted to Broadland District Council, outlines plans to extend the building by adding a third floor.
