Almost 10,000 sq ft of office space has been created in Pottergate House by Madone Management LLP and city estate agent Arnolds Keys.

All but one of the eight office suites have already been snapped up, with work nearly complete on the refurbishment of the last remaining suite, which is now being offered to let.
