IRS officer’s daughter murder: Delhi’s Police recreate crime scene, gather sequence of events

As per the police, the accused, Rahul Meena, was familiar with the house layout. He was also addicted to online betting and card games and had lost nearly Rs 7 lakh in the last few months, due to which he started borrowing money.

New Delhi: Days after an IRS Officer’s daughter was allegedly killed in Delhi’s Amar Colony area, the Delhi Police on Saturday created a crime scene at the residence of the victim. The 22-year-old victim was reportedly killed inside her house by an ex-house help who was later arrested.
