BJP hopeful about sweeping Delhi, can Kejriwal turn the tide?

New Delhi: The reports from the grounds are confusing. While some senior journalists on the ground believe that the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has a definite edge in the February 5 Delhi Assembly elections, some others believe that BJP could unseat it. With about 10 days of campaigning to still go, things would get clearer with passage of time.

Meanwhile, BJP is not too bothered with the reports predicting negative results for it. BJP’s national vice-president and in-charge of its Delhi unit, Baijayant Jay Panda believe that BJP will break the 27 year-old jinx and form the government in Delhi this time. He has reasons as to why the party kept losing in the past and why it will win this time.
