New Vedanta companies to list today: We are ambassadors of India, says Anil Agarwal

Vedanta’s demerger plan will reach a culmination today with the listing of four of its new companies in both BSE and NSE. In an interview, Vedanta chairman Anil Agarwal has said the five new companies will keep him busy now and that he is not going to "hunt for anything new".

Kolkata: His plate is full and he will not hunt for any new businesses now, Vedanta chairman Anil Agarwal has told the media against the backdrop of Vedanta’s four new companies listing on the stock market (both BSE and NSE) on Monday. In an interview with The Economic Times, Agarwal has also not ruled out listing his businesses in the US. “These five companies are enough for everybody, and I am not going to hunt for anything new. If someone walks up to me and says they have a steel company for sale, I will look at it. But yes, my hands are full.........
