New Delhi: The co-founder and director of political consultancy firm I-PAC, Vinesh Chandel, was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday, April 13. Chandel was an accused in a money-laundering case linked to an alleged coal scam in West Bengal.
