Finished a season of a British murder show last night, and in just six episodes it packed a lot of powerful lessons:

— Brexit supporters beat their wives, are generally violent, and provoke their own killings.

— Woke graduate students can come across as strident and ignorant but that’s just because they’re anxious and misunderstood; they’re basically right.

— All immigrants, whatever their legal status, are saintly, any anger they display is fully justified by their mistreatment, and they’re even saintlier if they’re gay.

— Pro-life conservative female commentators are hypocrites who get abortions for themselves but can find redemption by confessing to their audience that they don’t believe most of what they say.

— Irish Catholic priests have affairs with their parishioners and then kick them out of church when people start gossiping.

Can’t wait for the next season!
