NBA Star Magic Johnson Says There’s One Word to Live by for a Successful Life

As graduation season rolls around, some universities are seeing star-studded commencement speakers. At Stillman College, NBA Hall of Famer Magic Johnson celebrated the school’s 150th commencement and the class of 2026 with some wise words. 

“You’ve got to be driven by excellence and doing your job right. I live by this word, and you have to live by this word: overdeliver,” Johnson told the graduates. 

The 66-year-old made his NBA debut back in 1979 for the Los Angeles Lakers and quickly rose to prominence........
