A workplace psychologist says the most productive teams have access to one surprising office amenity: privacy.

That may sound counterintuitive, considering all the arguments companies make about the merits of in-person collaboration while rolling out return-to-office mandates, but research shows that the best teams have access to private spaces where they can focus on their work.
