Most employers recognize the importance of health and wellbeing programs in benefitting the lives and performance of their workers, which in turn helps their business thrive. But recent research by McKinsey shows many companies still uncertain about setting up effective ways to support their employees. Now the consulting giant is offering research and insights into launching and scaling effective staff support programs, for entrepreneurs to introduce or improve their own in-house options.
