President Donald Trump claimed he’ll poke fun at his predecessor-turned-successor, former President Joe Biden, with a portrait that will hang in a new so-called “Presidential Wall of Fame” at the White House.

“We put up a picture of the autopen,” Trump told The Daily Caller reporter Reagan Reese in an interview published on Monday, after telling her it was “a decision I have to make” and that he’d take her advice on it.

“Oh, that’s hilarious,” Reese responded, according to the transcript.

Trump then rambled mockingly about Biden’s health:

“He didn’t win the race. He lost badly. He was a horrible president, but can you imagine, he says he has Stage Nine cancer. That was, what? Two, three months ago… Stage........
