'Oh Boo-Hoo': Robert Jenrick Says Protester Attacked By Reform Crowd Should 'Get A Life'

Sky News presenter Jon Sopel looked shocked at the response to violence.

Robert Jenrick showed no sympathy for the protester who was attacked after disrupting Nigel Farage’s keynote speech at Reform conference.

The party leader’s address was interrupted on Friday by multiple demonstrators, reportedly from activist group Climate Resistance, all of whom were quickly removed by security while Farage shouted: “Boring!”

Footage from people in the crowd later showed that at least one female protester had been physically attacked by attendees, as she had her hair pulled and head grabbed.

West Midlands Police said in a statement: “We’re aware of a video circulating from the Reform UK Conference showing an incident with a protester. We haven’t received a complaint but would ask the woman involved to come forward and contact us so we can carry out enquiries.”
