Tom Holland is being hailed by fans on social media after he gently corrected a journalist who mistakenly referred to Zendaya as his “girlfriend”.

In a now-viral X video that’s been making its rounds online, Tom appeared onstage at a recent press event.

After an off-camera reporter told him that he “I brought my daughter, and she got to meet your girlfriend”, Tom delivered an adorable response.

With a laugh, the Spider-Man star interjected to remind her of his upcoming nuptials to Zendaya.

“Fiancée,” he replied candidly in the clip, which was first posted on Monday.

Tom’s remark appears to be the first time he’s broken his silence on his engagement to Zendaya, whom he’s been romantically linked to since 2021, following the news in January that the pair would be tying the knot.
