Rumer Willis has shared an update on how her dad Bruce Willis is doing since he was diagnosed with a rare form of dementia.

Earlier this week, Rumer – the eldest daughter of Bruce and his ex-wife Demi Moore – took part in an “ask me anything” session on her Instagram, during which one of her followers asked: “How’s your dad doing?”

“People always ask me this question and I think it’s a hard one to answer,” she responded in a video shared to her followers. “The truth is that anybody with FTD is not doing great, but he’s doing OK in terms of somebody who is dealing with frontotemporal dementia.”

Following this, Rumer went on to explain that the question of how Bruce is doing is difficult to answer as parameters “don’t really work anymore in my mind” when it comes to her dad’s condition.

“I’m so happy and grateful that I still get to go and hug him,” she shared. “I’m so grateful that when I go over there and I give him a hug, whether he recognises me or not, that he can........
