City and Regional Growth Deals have been rolled out across Scotland to drive long-term economic growth, attract investment, create jobs and improve infrastructure. But have they delivered?
With some of the 12 deals now approaching their end, Holyrood’s Economy and Fair Work Committee set out to examine how effective they’ve been in tackling local challenges and supporting development.
