Jammu & Kashmir has every reason to celebrate achievement a near-universal literacy rate. But are we in position to provide employment to a growing number of educated youth. As per the Assembly figures, 145 degree colleges are turning out 25,000 to 30,000 graduates a year, and nobody in the administration can say how many of them find work.
