The concept of a tripolar process in schools is lacking in Kashmir. What we observe in our schools is a lack of parental involvement for the betterment of both teachers and students. The use of parental services is perhaps not yet widely understood. For us, everyone involved in the education of the child is considered a teacher, starting from home. The first teacher is the mother, followed by the entire family. Every parent has some specialization that can also be utilized by their schools. Parents’ services as guest lecturers should be utilized in different fields.
