St-Viateur Bagels is Montreal’s oldest bagel shop, beloved by local foodies, celebrities and international tourists who all flock to its historic Mile End bakery. “This is an artisanal product — handmade and baked in a wood-fired oven,” says co-owner Vince Morena proudly.
