Blue Silence

Some people do not realise how exhausted they are until they hear waves.

The body resists at first.

It continues carrying the noise of the city for several hours, sometimes days. The invisible rhythm. Notifications. Artificial urgency. That peculiar tension modern life quietly installs behind the eyes.

Then something begins loosening near water.

Perhaps this explains why coastlines no longer feel like luxury to modern people. They feel necessary.

The modern world rarely allows the nervous system to rest naturally anymore. Cities operate through interruption. Light continues long after midnight. Phones vibrate like tiny emergency signals. Even silence feels temporary now, as though something........
